1. Agreement to Terms

By using WordsmithDirect.com or engaging our copywriting services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our services.

2. Services We Provide

WordsmithDirect provides professional copywriting services specializing in FinTech and Wellness industries. Services include:

• Direct response copywriting for landing pages, sales letters, and emails
• Blueprint Strategy Sessions (consultation valued at $500)
• Copy Emergency Room services (quick copy fixes starting at $190)
• Marketing strategy and customer psychology analysis
• Content creation for authority building

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to your project agreement. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, Venmo, and money orders. Once payment clears, you'll receive the onboarding form within 36 hours. Project work begins 24 hours after you submit the completed onboarding form. Prices range from $190 to $35,000 depending on project scope.

4. Project Delivery

Most projects deliver within 7-21 business days from project start, depending on scope and complexity. Simpler projects (landing pages, emails) typically 7-10 days. Comprehensive projects (sales letters, VSL scripts, sequences) 14-21 days. Rush delivery may be available for additional fees. Completed copy is delivered in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or PDF format (your choice). See our FAQ for format details. One round of reasonable revisions included within 7 days (covers tone adjustments, headlines, and minor refinements). Additional revisions are billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the custom copy created for your project. WordsmithDirect retains the right to display anonymized samples in our portfolio with your permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Review copy for compliance with your industry regulations
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of copywriting, refunds are only available if we fail to deliver as agreed. Project cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to brian@wordsmithdirect.com within 24 hours of completed payment clearance (Eastern Time Zone, USA) for full refund consideration. Email notification provides necessary time and date stamp documentation for both parties. After the 24-hour window, work completed before cancellation must be paid for in full.

8. Communication

We guarantee responses within 48 hours during business days. Primary communication is via email at brian@wordsmithdirect.com.

9. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Contact information (name, email, phone, company)
• Project details and business information
• Payment and billing information
• Communications and feedback

Information collected automatically:

• Website usage data (pages visited, time on site)
