What We Do: Project Echo extracts proven psychology patterns from copy that's already converting. We study what makes it work, then rebuild those same persuasion structures for any copy project you need—emails, ads, landing pages, sales letters. You provide the winning copy (yours, a competitor's, or from any industry), and we extract the patterns that drive decisions.

What This Is NOT:

• Not copying: We don't copy words. We study psychology patterns and rebuild them as 100% original copy for your business.
• Not business strategy: We extract copy patterns, not business models or offer structures.
• Not the proprietary extraction methodology: You receive finished copy using extracted patterns, plus your Project Echo Data Patterns report documenting what was applied. The extraction process itself remains confidential.
• Not limited to one product: Once extracted, patterns remain on file. Request them on any future copy you order—across any product or service you choose.
• Not generic AI output: All copy deliverables are produced using a technology-first workflow—specialized AI trained on the highest-converting campaigns, directed by your Blueprint foundation and extracted psychology patterns. This is proprietary technology combined with conversion strategy, not generic tools producing template copy.

🏗️ Blueprint Process Requirement

💰 Your Investment

Service Fee: $3,500 per extraction (one-time payment)

Required Pairing: Project Echo requires an active Blueprint foundation and must be ordered alongside at least one copy service (email, landing page, sales letter, etc.). The extraction fee covers pattern analysis—you receive finished copy plus your Project Echo Data Patterns report as your deliverables.

👥 Adding Audiences to Your Project

Important distinction: Adding more audiences affects your copy service price — not the $3,500 Project Echo fee. The extraction fee is always $3,500 flat. It does not change based on how many audiences you need.

The smartest move is always to identify all your audiences before your project begins. Here's why — and what it looks like in real numbers.

📋 What You Need to Provide

Word Count Requirements:

• Minimum: 1,000-1,500 words (need enough copy to identify patterns)
• Maximum: 10,000 words (keeps patterns clear and focused)
• Can combine 1-2 pieces to reach minimum or stay under maximum

What to Submit:

• Copy that is PROVEN to convert (your own successful copy, competitor copy that's working, or winners from any industry)
• File format: MS Word, PDF, or plain text
• Exact file name confirmation during onboarding

Your Responsibilities:

• Verify the copy you submit is proven to convert (has actual performance data)
• Own the rights to submit the copy for analysis (or confirm it's publicly available competitor copy)
• Complete 45 to 60 minute Blueprint Strategy Session before work begins (required for understanding your business context)
• Complete industry-specific pre-session form before Blueprint Strategy Session (FinTech, Wellness, or Other Industry)
• Provide clear file name and confirm submission

⏰ Timeline & Delivery

Starting Your Project:

• Signed proposal/agreement plus full payment gets you on the project calendar
• Once payment clears, you'll receive the onboarding form within 36 hours
• Project execution begins 24 hours after you submit the completed onboarding form
• Email your proven converting copy (file name confirmed in onboarding form) to brian@wordsmithdirect.com

Project Echo Timeline:

• Total Timeline: 14-28 business days after payment and all information received
• Breakdown: Standard copywriting timeline (7-21 business days) + extraction analysis (up to 7 business days maximum)
• Simpler Projects: (landing pages, individual emails, opt-in pages) typically 14-17 business days total
• Comprehensive Projects: (sales letters, VSL scripts, email sequences) typically 21-28 business days total
• Note: Timeline depends on project scope, complexity, and completeness of information provided

What You'll Receive: Finished copy built using extracted patterns—ready to deploy, plus your Project Echo Data Patterns report documenting what patterns were applied and why. The proprietary extraction methodology itself remains confidential.

🚫 No Performance Guarantees

Project Echo has NO performance guarantees—just like regular copywriting services.

Why? Many factors affect results beyond copy alone:

• Traffic quality and source
• Your offer and pricing structure
• Market timing and competition
• Your deployment and testing methods
• Other marketing campaigns running simultaneously
• Overall business strategy and execution

What We Guarantee: You'll receive finished copy using proven psychology patterns. The patterns themselves have demonstrated effectiveness in the original source copy, but we cannot guarantee specific results in your unique business context.

🔄 Testing Multiple Extractions

Can You Order Multiple Extractions? Yes—whatever testing strategy you want is up to you.

How It Works:

• Your Blueprint (foundation) stays the same across all tests—voice, audience, positioning remain consistent
• Different Project Echo extractions provide different psychology patterns
• Same Blueprint + different patterns = valid A/B testing of psychological approaches
• Each extraction is $3,500 (no bulk discounts)

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

• Before Work Begins: Cancel within 48 hours of payment for full refund
• After Extraction Starts: No refunds once pattern analysis has begun
• Work Product: All delivered copy becomes your property upon payment
• Pattern Expiration: Never—once extracted, patterns remain on file indefinitely.
  Request them on any future copy order.

⚖️ Legal Protections

Intellectual Property:

• You retain all rights to your original submitted copy
• All finished copy we deliver becomes your property
• Pattern extraction methodology remains proprietary to WordsmithDirect
• You may use delivered copy across unlimited products/campaigns

Confidentiality:

• Your business information and submitted copy remain confidential
• We never share your copy with competitors or third parties
• Extracted patterns are used exclusively for your projects
• Exception: Publicly available competitor copy (which is already public)

Liability Limitations:

• Maximum liability limited to amount paid ($3,500 extraction fee)
• Not responsible for business results, implementation, or deployment
• Not responsible for how you use or modify delivered copy
• Not responsible for market conditions, competition, or external factors

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Ohio law. However, we prefer friendly conversation and reasonable solutions before legal action.

📝 Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms as Project Echo evolves. If material changes occur, we'll provide 30 days notice via email. Continued use of Project Echo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
